“ It is not what we do, but how we do it. ”
F.M. Alexander

F.M. Alexander  (1869-1955)
. . .  just wanted to get on with his life . . .

F.M. Alexander was a passionate and successful actor who was stopped in his tracks when during performances he encountered increasing problems with hoarseness and the loss of his voice. Doctors were unable to provide any lasting help, and following a certain event Alexander reasoned that his functioning was influenced by his own manner of use!

Following this insight, F.M. Alexander took it upon himself to investigate the cause of his problems. He made some fundamental discoveries that enable us to identify unhelpful patterns of using ourselves as these manifest in our lives.

The technique developed by Alexander can help you concerning:
 stress management
 back pain, head-neck tension
mental, emotional support in times of challenge
during pregnancy and in support of birth and parenthood
